Mr. Mulligan is an instructor in the Department of Intelligence Studies at Mercyhurst College, specializing in business intelligence. He received a B.S. from the United States Military Academy and an M.A . in Leadership Development. Mr. Mulligan has public and private experience in manufacturing, sales and consulting, ranging from family-owned to Fortune 500 companies.
