Robert Heibel received his M.A. degree from Georgetown University, and has taken advanced studies at the State University of New York at Buffalo. His specialties include intelligence, terrorism, and Latin American history. A retired FBI agent, he served as the Bureau’s Deputy Chief of Counter-Terrorism.
